Tiffany CaseyTiffany has a master’s in Early Childhood Special Education. She has competed in NPC Figure Competitions and has a true passion for fitness. She has experience in CrossFit, Bootcamp, HIIT, and strength training and is excited to bring her experience, knowledge, and love for all of them to Fit.1. Tiffany and her husband Jon have three grown boys. She loves spending time on the lake and has a secret love for scrapbooking.

Abby DustAbby Dust is an ISSA Certified personal trainer who has a loving husband and two wonderful children. Growing up, Abby has always been an athlete playing various sports from softball, volleyball, bowling, and wrestling. When she isn't at the gym or teaching her Mini Band Resistance Training class, you can find her hiking the beautiful hills of the Ozarks or enjoying time with her family at the lake. Abby's true passion for fitness and wellness shines in her willingness to help others become healthier, happier, and stronger!

Brooke MaycunichBrooke is a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant. She is Silver Sneakers certified and has a passion for helping others. She’s a runner and plays basketball and rag ball with her husband David. She’s a stepmom to two children and has four dogs, whom she loves spending time with.

KID FIT (8-12 YRS)Kid Fit is a fun and effective workout for the kiddos. This is a circuit style class blending cardio, light weights, and some good ole solid core work. Some of the movements you may find your kids having fun with during Kid Fit are jumping rope, throwing medicine balls, plyo box step-ups and jumps, battle ropes, and more. This is a 30-minute class that will improve their cardio, strength, balance, and flexibility, and they are sure to have fun!
