Susan Kopacz

With a Master’s in Education, Susan spent 18 years as a classroom teacher, before pursuing a career in pharmaceutical sales and retail farm and ranch store management. Growing up involved in sports led Susan to become a certified Group Fitness Instructor through AFAA in 1993. She taught a variety of fitness classes in gyms and YMCAs throughout central and south Texas for over 20 years. Recently retiring with her husband to the Mountain Home area, Susan has found her passion for fitness again through the classes at Fit.1. She is determined to prove age doesn’t dictate fitness!
