Clint grew up understanding the importance of being healthy and active. During high school, he was involved in multiple sports and loved the team aspect and working together toward a common goal. For the past eight years, his training has been in CrossFit with an emphasis on overall fitness and work capacity. Clint believes in focusing on nutrition and performance, knowing results will follow. He loves the functional type of fitness CrossFit has provided and is excited to blend all his athleticism, fitness knowledge, and experience together in our Tuesday/Thursday night class, The Grind. Clint met his wife Kathleen, a former college soccer player at Arkansas State, and they now have two kids, Levi and Evelyn. When he’s not in the gym getting his butt kicked by his wife, you’ll probably find him on the lake or running kids around from one event to next.
