HIIT (HIGH-INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING)
Whether you’re a seasoned athlete looking for a challenge or just beginning your fitness journey, HIIT is fun and results-driven. HIIT is a training technique in which you give 100%, all-out effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short recovery periods. This type of training gets your heart rate up and keeps it up to burn more fat in less time. HIIT is effective due to post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC), which boosts your resting metabolic rate keeping your body burning calories long after class is over. While HIIT is intense and efficient, we keep the moves simple and modifiable for multiple fitness levels. This one-hour class incorporates strength training and core work for a total body workout, so prepare to sweat and walk out proud!

TRX
TRX offers a large variety of bodyweight resistance exercises distinguished by support from a suspension trainer. With multi-planar movements, this approach to training will challenge your strength, endurance, balance, coordination, flexibility, power, and core stability all at once. Classes are typically interval style and will accommodate a wide range of intensity levels from beginner to advanced.

Yoga is for everyone and every BODY! We incorporate asana (postures) with varied class types to inspire the mind, body, and soul. Each class is designed to be accessible for all regardless of experience. Let us help you with increased strength, improved mobility, pain relief, and stress management to assist you on and off your mat!
Gentle Vinyasa (Monday) Find a gentle pace to start your day with an equal practice of active asana (postures/sequences) and light stretch to get connected to your body and breath. Suitable for all levels and perfect for beginners. Modifications encouraged to meet your individual needs and honor your body. Vinyasa Flow (Wednesday) Work on your total body strength, balance, and stamina with this dynamic style of yoga linking asana (postures) with your breath. CARDIO & STRENGTH CIRCUITThis Circuit Training class consists of 6-9 stations, each with 2 to 3 exercises. Exercises include, bodyweight cardio movements, strength training, and equipment, such as slam balls, battle ropes, BOSU balls, TRX, wall balls, box jumps, battle ropes, etc. This is a full body workout and is fun and efficient! Come join us!

THE GRINDThe Grind is designed for your inner beast! You get to use your strength and speed to show YOURSELF what you’re made of. This class includes high-intensity exercises, as well as strength, core, and agility work. It includes stations using a variety of modalities. It is fun and challenging and the perfect class for you and your friends! What are some things you’ll find yourself doing? Plyo box jumps, burpees, battle ropes, rowing, push-ups, running, deadlifts, kettlebell swings, wall balls, slam balls, and more! We promise to keep it exciting and tough!

FRIDAY MORNING GRINDThe Friday Morning Grind was inspired by The Grind and is a fun calorie burning class for those who are starting their fitness journey, as well as those looking for a challenge. Every class will be different with exercises varying from high intensity body weight movements to light weights with slow and controlled reps. Come kick-start your weekends with this fat busting class in a fun and friendly atmosphere!

STRENGTH TRAININGThis functional Strength Training class is a full body workout. We use dumbbells, which help to reduce muscle imbalances and asymmetries. Dumbbells also challenge stability, allow you to customize your range of motion, and allow you to work in different plans of motion.

GROUP RUNSJoin us for Brews & Shoes the second Thursday of the month at Rapp's Barren Brewing. There is a 2-mile route and a 3.3 mile route. We'll get in our miles then enjoy some tasty brews, a delicious bite to eat, and some wonderful fellowship.
We'll meet up and leave as a group through a mapped out course that will also be marked with cones. There'll be a short course (2-miles) and a longer course (3.3 miles) designed so that we see each other and all finish within a similar time frame. No one is left behind! POP UPSWe typically have one or two Saturday pop-up classes, which fill up quickly. Keep your eye on the schedule (MINDBODY app), so you can book your spot. There are examples below, but stay tuned because we like to keep fitness fun! (You may find other pop-up classes added Monday through Friday.)
