Gentle Vinyasa (Monday)

Vinyasa Flow (Wednesday)
Work on your total body strength, balance, and stamina with this dynamic style of yoga linking asana (postures) with your breath. Suitable for all levels and postures can be adapted and modified to meet your individual needs and honor your body.
