This is a class designed for your inner beast! You get to use your strength and speed to show YOURSELF what you’re made of. This class includes high-intensity exercises, as well as strength, core, and agility work. It includes stations using a variety of modalities. It will be fun and challenging and the perfect class for you and your friends! What are some things you’ll find yourself doing? TRX, monkey bars, peg board, plyo box, med ball throws, deadlift, battle ropes, pull-ups, Bosu ball push-ups, squat jumps, and more. We promise to keep it exciting and tough!
