The Grind is designed for your inner beast! You get to use your strength and speed to show YOURSELF what you’re made of. This class includes high-intensity exercises, as well as strength, core, and agility work. It includes stations using a variety of modalities. It is fun and challenging and the perfect class for you and your friends! What are some things you’ll find yourself doing? Plyo box jumps, burpees, conditioning ropes, rowing, the Assult AirBike, push-ups, running, deadlifts, kettlebell swings, med ball throws, slam balls, and more! We promise to keep it exciting and tough!
