Bringing back an oldie but goodie! STEP will be on the schedule beginning March 14. If you’re looking for a fun-filled, high energy workout, give STEP a try! With 20+ years of group fitness instruction experience, Susan will lead the class in a cardio-focused workout, incorporating both upper and lower body strength moves. Whether this is your first STEP class or your first STEP class since the 90s, this workout can easily be modified to fit your current fitness level.
