KID FIT (8-12 YRS)Kid Fit is a fun and effective workout for the kiddos. This is a circuit style class blending cardio, light weights, and some good ole solid core work. Some of the movements you may find your kids having fun with during Kid Fit are jumping rope, throwing medicine balls, plyo box step-ups and jumps, battle ropes, and more. This is a 30-minute class that will improve their cardio, strength, balance, and flexibility, and they are sure to have fun!
