HIIT .1Are you interested in HIIT (high-intensity interval training) but not sure if it’s for you? If so, our HIIT.1 is the perfect class for you! Traditional HIIT is a training technique in which you give 100% all-out effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short recovery periods. HIIT.1 is the same style with shorter active periods. We keep our movements simple and modifiable. Interval training gets your heart rate up and keeps it up to burn more fat in less time. This is a 45-minute class that often incorporates some strength training as well. If you’ve been nervous, it’s time to get past that! HIIT may be just for you! (12+ yr)
