HIIT RATE (HIGH-INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING)
Whether you’re a seasoned athlete looking for a challenge or just beginning your fitness journey, HIIT is fun and results-driven. HIIT is a training technique in which you give 100%, all-out effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short recovery periods. This type of training gets your heart rate up and keeps it up to burn more fat in less time. HIIT is effective due to post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC), which boosts your resting metabolic rate keeping your body burning calories long after class is over. While HIIT is intense and efficient, we keep the moves simple and modifiable for multiple fitness levels. This one-hour class incorporates strength training and core work for a total body workout, so prepare to sweat!
