It's running, so not a lengthy description of the activity itself. Group runs from Fit.1 are for all levels of runners: first-timers, newbies, former college track stars, and just your regular, everyday weekend warrior. Whether you prefer to hit the pavement or negotiate the trail, we want to build community through running.
We'll meet at Fit.1 and leave as a group through a mapped out course that will also be marked with cones and signage. Following similar routes, there'll be a short course (2-3 miles) and a long course (4-5 miles) designed so that we see each other and all finish within a similar time frame. Technicality?...we're in Mountain Home, so there'll be some hills, but nothing major. We won't lose anyone! After the run, stick around and mingle with your buddies!
