CIRCUIT TRAININGThis Circuit Training class consists of 6-9 stations, each with 2 to 3 exercises. Exercises include, bodyweight cardio movements, strength training, and equipment, such as slam balls, battle ropes, BOSU balls, TRX, wall balls, box jumps, battle ropes, etc. This is a full body workout and is fun and efficient!
