Barre FusionBarre Fusion is a great full-body workout. This fusion class will combine elements of Barre and strength training. The strength training will incorporate dumbbells and safe exercises designed to challenge you. The elements of Barre will incorporate the barre (like you see in a ballet studio), balance, core exercises, micro-movements (like pulsing or shortened ranges of motion), and use of bands and small exercise balls.
