30-MINUTE HIIT CIRCUIT
Our 30-Min HIIT Circuit is an open gym format and runs on your lunch schedule. Class starts when you do! This is a HIIT (high-intensity interval training) class combined with circuit training for an effective and efficient workout. Each day’s workout will be new and challenging. While this is your own workout, at your own pace, on your own schedule, you will have an instructor by you the entire time. We believe if you’re going to take the time to do it, you might as well do it right! This class is 30 minutes from start to finish, including recovery periods, so you’ll have time to shower or wipe the sweat before heading back to work.
